Part-time 'Office Coodinator' Position
Frank A. Varvaris has an opening for a part-time Office Coordinator, to assist with administrative and organizational responsibilities.
25 hours weekly; 9:15AM to 3:15PM, with 30 minutes off for lunch, Monday - Thursday, and 9:15AM - 12:15PM on Friday. Beginning salary to start is $425 paid every 2 weeks, with salary review after 3 months. After 6 months, an incentive bonus will be included based upon office performance and paid quarterly.  No benefits are available with this position.
Duties include, but are not limited to, answering the phone, filing, greeting clients, completing estate planning cases, handling social security disability client files and meeting client timelines, assisting with client appointments, sending letters, calling clients for appointments and following up with clients for payments, and more.
Hiree must have good communication skills, good computer skills including mail merge, good organizational skills, must be able to meet dead lines, and be capable of stopping one duty to complete another.
